Application Support Specialist

For one of our leading clients from the IT industry, we currently have several vacancies for the position of Application Support Specialists based in Bangalore / Chennai

Job Description:

  • Having a business analyst / banking domain background or relevant understanding of banking processes and operations

  • At least 3 years in technical application support

  • Experience with business applications such as: banking applications such as Microsoft Biztalk, Oracle Business Process Manager and TIBCO Rendezvous, and Document management systems such as  (Laserfiche, Worksite), ViewPoint etc.

  • Experience with productivity applications (MS office, messaging and collaboration apps, Microsoft online services)

  • Excellent understanding of IT systems and configuration management principles

  • Experience with reporting and BI (SSIS, PowerBI etc.)

  • Development languages experience shall be considered a plus

  • Good communication skills to engage stakeholders in application requests (business, IT)

  • ITIL framework knowledge is a plus

Requirements: 

  • Good understanding link and performance of business applications especially - Laserfiche, Worksite, ViewPoint, AccountView, Infine, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills are mandatory
  • At least 3 years in technical application support
  • Experience with banking middleware applications such as Microsoft Biztalk, Oracle Business Process Manager and TIBCO Rendezvous
  • Experience with reporting and Business Intelligence (SSIS, PowerBI, SSRS, Tableau etc.)
  • Good communication skills to engage stakeholders in application requests (business, IT)
  • ITIL framework knowledge is a plus
