Application Support Specialist
For one of our leading clients from the IT industry, we currently have several vacancies for the position of Application Support Specialists based in Bangalore / Chennai
Job Description:
Having a business analyst / banking domain background or relevant understanding of banking processes and operations
At least 3 years in technical application support
Experience with business applications such as: banking applications such as Microsoft Biztalk, Oracle Business Process Manager and TIBCO Rendezvous, and Document management systems such as (Laserfiche, Worksite), ViewPoint etc.
Experience with productivity applications (MS office, messaging and collaboration apps, Microsoft online services)
Excellent understanding of IT systems and configuration management principles
Experience with reporting and BI (SSIS, PowerBI etc.)
Development languages experience shall be considered a plus
Good communication skills to engage stakeholders in application requests (business, IT)
ITIL framework knowledge is a plus
Requirements:
- Good understanding link and performance of business applications especially - Laserfiche, Worksite, ViewPoint, AccountView, Infine, etc.
- Excellent communication skills are mandatory
- At least 3 years in technical application support
- Experience with banking middleware applications such as Microsoft Biztalk, Oracle Business Process Manager and TIBCO Rendezvous
- Experience with reporting and Business Intelligence (SSIS, PowerBI, SSRS, Tableau etc.)
- Good communication skills to engage stakeholders in application requests (business, IT)
- ITIL framework knowledge is a plus
