We are currently on the lookout for two (2) Cyber Security Solutions Specialists for one of our clients in Southeast Asia.
Responsibilities
To accelerate sales and adoption in each target market, a Solution Specialist role has been created. The Solutions Specialist is responsible for driving Cyber Security Services sales and profit, enabling licensing and services sales related in the company. This is a high profile, customer-facing role specializing in cyber security domain to the enterprise market – in collaboration with local sales and business development teams.
The Solution Specialist – Cyber Security is responsible for driving and co-owning cyber security solution sales, business development, and marketing activities within his/her assigned country. The role functions as a partnership with the primary account manager and is expected to take a consistently proactive approach to developing the technical solutions business. The Solution Specialist is the technical lead in the country for pre-sales (both transactional and professional / managed services) customer engagements and sales enablement for the respective country.
Responsible for uncovering details of business problems and objectives that the customer has and closely analyze the customer requirements.
Responsible for tailoring a customer specific presentation that precisely meets the needs of the customer.
Manage the sales pipeline of cyber security business working with local sales teams and using the company’s tools.
Partners and co-owns sales, market penetration and gross profit contribution by collaborating with local sales teams and delivering best-in-class customer experience.
Responsible for completing technical details in RFP preparation, product demo’s and delivery of Proof of Concept (PoC).
Prepares cost estimates for licensing and product sales as well as professional services (deployment, transformation, implementation, workshops, etc.) by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents; consulting with other engineers, architects, practice leads and other professional and technical personnel (both internal and external).
Develop overall solutions including high-level design, assisting in completing technical details within proposals, statements of work (SOW), service design and bills of materials (BOM).
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
University degree in the field of Information Technology and/or or equivalent combination of experience and education; Master’s degree preferred
5 -10+ years or equivalent experience in selling cyber security products/services, consulting or professional services
Documented successful sales of enterprise-wide advanced technology cyber security solutions with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals by a consultative/solution selling approach.
