Job Summary

On behalf of our client, an internationally active provider of IT and back-office services and catering to the BFSI industry, we are currently on the lookout for a Senior System Analyst (Performance Testing) for its operations in Mumbai / Bangalore.

The company provides bespoke fund administration solution for hedge funds and middle/back office support service provider for family offices since more than 15 yrs. Offering a full suite of services encompassing; fund administration, middle and back office outsourcing, operational support, software implementation and related services to hedges funds and family offices. Their offices are spread across 5 countries with 7 offices, close to 700+ headcount.

The ideal candidate will be a contributing member of the performance testing team. In addition to the technical skills needed, the role requires coordination, communication and project management skills.

Job Description

• You need to have at least 5+ years of experience in a System Analyst or comparable role.

• You will be responsible for gathering gathering performance testing requirements.

• You will be responsible for conducting system / application performance testing to ensure system reliability, capacity and scalability.

• Develop automated scripts for the execution of automated system / application performance test plans.

• Analyze test results and identify performance related issues, document the identified bugs / causes and communicate the same to the development team to ensure timely bug-fixes.

• Generate test summary reports for management overview.

• Analyze root causes of test failures and performance issues and provide corrective actions.

• Review and recommend improvements to existing test procedures.
  

Roles and Responsibilities

• Experience in Performance Testing,

• Hands on experience with popular system / application performance testing tools such as Apache Jmeter / HP Load Runner.
  

• Knowledge and experience with test automation using Selenium will be an added advantage.

• Experience in core Java concepts & hands on working knowledge.

• Knowledge of test automation and tools.

• Experience of working in Financial Domain & investment banking/capital markets to be specific.

• Willingness/Travel to other locations
