Requirement Delivery Head Job Code No of Positions 1 Last Date of Submission NA Experience 15+ yrs Location Bangalore Employment Type Permanent Shift NA Educational Qualification NA Notes NA CTC Range Rs. 50.00 to 55 LPA plus performance variable Job Description Shortlink: https://glasscube.co.in/r/Wpv ******************************************** Client JD ******************************************** Job Title Delivery Head, Vistra International Expansion India Department International Expansion Employment Type Permanent Location(s) Bangalore Position Description Project Delivery & Operations Key Responsibilities ν Mange a team of 160+ people with high growth potential and expectations ν Ensure overall delivery of seamless services to customer. ν Responsible of ensuring highest degree of client satisfaction and promoter NPS score. ν Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, ability to analyze and resolve business and interpersonal problems quickly and independently, ability to simplify complex tasks and drive efficiencies. ν Address performance opportunities across the service delivery operations, create operational approach and implement continuous improvement and implement the levers to consistently achieve performance targets. ν Actively participate in Account quality review process, Delivery Leadership reviews and engage appropriately in the VISTRA quality assurance program. ν Is directly responsible for career management of service delivery operations staff (e.g. training, engagement, mentoring, succession planning and annual performance process). ν Manage and reduce costs on standard offerings, assets, technologies, licenses, facilities, subcontractors (where required). ν Manage recruiting, staffing, pyramid mix, utilization, cost-to-serve, and capacity of staff to optimize balance between cost and delivery targets. ν May participate in the development of standard costing of new services/contracts and sign off on commitment to proposed Service Level Agreement (SLAs). ν Contributes broad and deep knowledge in areas of functional or business specialization across a broad operational framework/range of projects. ν Work with BD team for cultivation of new sales and business development activities to sell and deliver “Vistra” Accounting Services to international and domestic clients. ν Represent Vistra by organizing, leading and participating in key industry forums, thought leadership events, seminars and networking events. . ν Develop the India senior management team to help enable business expansion ν Help promote internally, and identify externally, opportunities for cross-selling the business services Relevant Experience & Skills ν At least 15+ years’ relevant Indian Accounting & Finance experience and senior management experience within the Professional Services, Accounting, or Financial Services sectors. ν Demonstrable experience of successfully building and managing an F&A business in India with an international client base. ν Desirable if he/she has worked in a Big 4 firm in India ν A relevant Accounting or IIM qualification required Professional Qualifications CA or University graduate Contact Pavithra - 8073636990
